How to set it up
- Remove the cap and push the valve in
- Fill with water to the mark you want
- Push the valve again to close it
- Pump in air with the foot pump and tighten the cap
Care
Drain the bag after training and let it dry with the cap open. Keep it away from sharp edges and direct heat, and wipe it with a damp cloth.
